Due to the fact I am actually a robot, I am not responsible for the content of this blog. Well, actually, now that I think about it, I am. Things are about to get a little intense here but it's all good. God is in control! So I guess that makes him a little responsible too.

Was Breaking Dawn Part 1 really worth going to see at midnight? Here is my pros and cons list:

Cons:

I waited outside in the freezing cold before they would let us in the theater.
I am surviving the day on 3 hours of sleep.
I spent $10 for a ticket I could have paid $4.75 for by waiting to see it when I got home.
The movie completely sucked.
I will never get that time back.
I will never be able to get any of those images out of my head.

Pros:

I got to spend time with the girls on my hall and I absolutely love doing that.

It may look like the cons won but in my opinion the pros definitely outweigh the cons. In conclusion, Breaking Dawn is on my list of top 5 worst movies I have ever seen, but I wouldn’t trade any of the moments I spent there watching it for anything.

For the past few days, I have been contemplating about what to blog about next. It was really bothering me. I mentioned to someone that I couldn’t figure out what to write about and they told me to blog about them. So here it is. A whole blog dedicated to Cara Collins.

Cara Collins is the ginger who lives across the hall from me. Apart from being a tiny red head who sometimes secretly gives me the creeps, she is one of the greatest people I know. I wouldn’t trade her for anybody in the world. Her hugs are the best and I look forward to getting one every day Her laugh is contagious.

I love how big her heart is for the Lord and I know that God placed her in my life for a reason. Know God has big plans for her and I can’t wait to see where he takes her.

She also periodically speaks in robot, which I absolutely love!

Remember that time I blogged about something super funny and totally awesome and the whole planet talked about it for years. No? Of course you don’t. Because it hasn’t happened yet. But don’t worry my friends, that time will one day come.

I should also pre-warn you that due to the fact that I am a blogging virgin, I am not sure how this whole thing is going to turn out. But based upon the above paragraph, I think everything is going to be ok.
I guess I could dedicate this first post to my motives behind blogging. So here are my reasons in no particular order.

1. I plan to use this blog to capture the hearts of millions. But only to become a household name. Kind of like a less crazy version of the chick from Julie and Julia.
2. To quote a great movie “I just have a lot of feelings.” Which is true, I just don’t express them verbally so I will do it here. (And if you don’t know what movie that is from, you do not deserve to read this.)
3. My roommate will think more highly of me. (This is not true but she told me to write it.)
4. “Sometimes I want what I shouldn’t have” –Emily Pitcher (Yes this is a reason.)
5. One day, my future ancestors might what to know what I was thinking while I was alive. Writing things down on the internet ensures that my thoughts will be around forever. They will not burn up in a fire or are sold at a garage sale as if they would if I hand wrote them.
6. My crazy life needs to be documented and read about. People are really missing out on a lot of things just because I decided to start this now instead of years ago like I should have.

Well my friends, that’s pretty much me in a nutshell. Just one word of advice: Hold on to your hats because things are about to get a little crazy up in here.
